Chinoserie Lacquer Black and Gold Freestanding Centre- Sidetable - Console  Circa 1770

A particular rare Black Chinoiserie Lacquer and Gold Freestanding Table of interesting fashion ( quite likely a commission for display of silver or porcelain )

Blending Chinese Lacquering and Expertise of the Eighteenth Century as seen often in  Oriental Dramatic Folding Screens  , sometimes mingling with European furniture designs .

This exceptional table is very similar to tables in the collection of the Earls of Jersey in the long gallery at Osterley Park , Middlesex . National Trust  9 ( ref NT 771734
