A particularly fine English three tiered Etagere , very much in the Regency - Georgian fashion . Executed in the finest West Indian Satinwood having selected matched veneers of unusual high quality . The three tiers are joined by a framework consisiting of four laquered brass circular legs fitted atop with turned umbrella design finials . Each shelf being encased on all four sides by high quality chased mouldings which in turn  each having a circular pattern galleried top . The design and quality of materials used surpass the highest possible standard expected in most Etageres and rate the standard expected by a keen collector of 19th century furniture .

The drawing and balance and quality timbers suggest a maker of excellent standards  . Likely Gillows Lancaster and London
