RARE ENGLISH . HONDURAS MAHOGANY WRITING DESK- BUREAU of particular form . Probably a bespoke piece for a country residence . Having the interesting feature of a fixed superstructure with compartments and drawers sitting above a brushing slide with the original material inset .

Of note .......is the quality Honduras timber with an untouched surface  .A most unsual piece - would suit the serious collector of early Mahogany pieces.
