Wonderful and rare pair of English Finely Carved Mahogany Console - Sidetables in the period and typical manner of William Kent ( considered by many to be the master of design in the 18th century ). Each with old Verde Antico Marble Tops,above a leaf moulding and a Vitruvian scroll carved frieze .The wonderful lions monopodia support carved with a lions mask of such impeccable carving suggesting a master artist at work .
Note --Stunning Rich Mahogany Colouring with Rich Natural Patina ....Note - some minor hidden repair and structural reinforcement underneath tops and plinths .

Condition: Excellent Great Country House State ---exceptional timbers and natural patination .
